How to use vacuum bags?

The vacuum packaging bag can play the role of moisture-proof and oxygen-proof. It can effectively extend the shelf life of the packaged articles. It is widely used in food, medicine, electronic products and other industries. How to use vacuum packaging bags?

1. The effect of ambient temperature on the storage of vacuum packaging effects.

The moisture in the air is permeable to the packaging material, and the permeability coefficient is closely related to the temperature. Under normal circumstances, the higher the temperature, the larger the permeability coefficient and the more serious the penetration of the packaging material.

Therefore, for foods packaged in vacuum bags, it is good to store them at low temperatures. If stored at high temperatures, it will seriously affect the permeability of the bags and deteriorate the food. Typical vacuum-packed foods are kept below 10 °C.

2. Quality problems in the vacuum packaging process

First of all, pay attention to the vacuum packaging heat sealing, pay attention to the sealing parts do not stick grease, protein, food and other residues, to ensure that the sealing can be completely sealed.

Then, the vacuum-packed bags must be evacuated, especially for fresh meat and unshaped food vacuum packaging, and no residual gas can be used to prevent the residual gas from causing deterioration of the food in the vacuum packaging bag.

3. Vacuum packaging unsuitable food

Unsuitable products for vacuum packaging are those that are fragile. If these foods have a gusseted corner, it is easy to puncture and penetrate the bag. Therefore, such foods should not be vacuum packed and other packaging.
