  3, the production process - under the control of a certain process parameters, the adhesive coating on the surface of the original aluminum foil, the quality of the film will directly affect the product heat seal strength. Among the more important parameters such as coating speed. If the coating speed is too fast, bake Road temperature is too high, the coating surface solvent evaporation too fast, resulting in the residual solvent film, the coating is not dry enough, it will affect the product's heat seal strength.

  4, heat sealing temperature - heat sealing temperature is an important factor affecting the strength of heat seal. If the temperature is too high, the adhesion between the adhesive layer and the pvc film will not be strong. If the temperature is too high, it will make the medicine affected. Therefore, the most reasonable heat sealing temperature is generally between 150 ℃ ~ 160 ℃.


  5, heat seal pressure - in order to achieve the ideal heat seal strength, you need to set a certain heat seal pressure. If the pressure is not enough, we can not make the aluminum foil bag adhesive pvc film products and fully fit heat sealing, it can not achieve good heat sealing effect. Therefore, the national standard heat sealing pressure of 0.20.2 × 10Pa.


  6, heat sealing time - heat sealing time will affect the heat seal strength. Under normal circumstances, the same heat sealing temperature and pressure, a little longer heat sealing time can make the sealing part of the seal more solid and perfect. Can better achieve the desired heat seal strength. If the heat sealing time is too short, it will make adhesive layer and pvc film heat seal is not sufficient. To this end, the national standard provides a scientific heat sealing time of 1s.
